• Hinge side of the wings should touch your back so when you bend forward the hinge close properly. If you put the straps on the opposite side (battery side) it will go against the correct hinge direction and more likely to be damaged.

• Avoid applying outer pressure on wings (ie; Pressing onto wing surface, squeezing through crowd). Wings are designed to be foldable, so if your surroundings do not allow you to wear the wings properly, simply fold it and wear again when it’s safe to do so.

• My order arrived broken. What can I do?
If your order is damaged in the mail, please message immediately. You must send a photo of broken product within ONE WEEK of delivery. This is handled on a case by case basis. Shop reserves the right to ask for broken item to be shipped back.

• Buyer is responsible to to have items shipped to a safe and secure location to retrieve the item from the location promptly. Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address. NO REFUNDS or replacements will be given for any of the above circumstances. This policy applies to ALL orders.
